This is a full-time office-based role for a Contracts Manager at our location in Southend-On-Sea. The candidate chosen will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, between £500k - £4m. The Contracts Manager''s key accountabilities will include collaborating with clients, leading projects, and working effectively with both subcontractors and internal staff to ensure the smooth running of projects.Responsibilities

Driving licenseStrong knowledge of JCT contractsIndustry experience in project managementProficient in cost controlStrong negotiation skillsProficiency in interpreting construction drawings and specificationsKnowledge of construction materials and methodsExcellent organisational and time management skillsExperience managing a teamStrong attention to detailExcellent communication skillsBachelor’s degree in construction management or a related fieldKnowledge/experience in quantity surveying will be considered and assetAn attractive package available, to be discussed with successful candidates.
