My client based in Crayford are looking to recruit 2 Delivery Drivers in their team on a permanent basis. You will be completing multiple deliveries a day dependent on the Van you are driving. Their work tends to be in the London area with a fair few deliveries to Manchester or Birmingham which you will be attending to 1-2 days a week. You will be starting between 6am-8am dependent time needed on site with over time paid at -21.51ph and half hour paid lunch. You will either set off from your home location or from the head office based in Crayford.
Day to day of the Delivery Driver:

• Reporting to the warehouse manager and understanding the route for the day.
• Load the lorries with deliveries ensuring it is organised for your drop offs to site.
• Updating the delivery sheets and providing updates to head office of traffic and lateness.
• Providing excellent customer service to customers on site.
• Ensuring you are representing the company well at all points when driving and on site.

Requirements of the Delivery Driver:

• Experience of delivery driving/ multidrop.
• No more than 3 points on DL.
• Minimum of 25 years of age due to insurance purposes.
• Longevity in roles.
• Willingly travel nationwide and has flexibility to do so.
• Team player.
• willing to go through routine alcohol and drug testing.
