Imagine being a key part of making that happen.Join our talented production team and operate our state-of-the-art machinery in a fast-paced and exciting environment.About the RoleIn this full time Machine Operator role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our rewinder machines, performing checks and ensuring quality meets specifications.The shift pattern is 4-on-4off (2 night shifts from 6pm to 6am, 2 day shifts from 6am to 6pm, and then four days off).Periodically, you will need make minor adjustments to ensure accuracy, referring to your job cards and complete documentation correctly.To ensure zero harm, you will need to conduct pre-use lifting and equipment guarding checks, maintain housekeeping standards, and submit monthly safety observations.We are passionate about continuous improvement, and it is crucial that our colleagues seek out opportunities for cost savings where possible, sharing any great ideas you have.Please be mindful that this working environment can encounter high temperatures, especially during hot spells of weather, and you will come across dust from the tissue fibres.
