Senior Associate / Principal Associate role based in Manchester with a salary up to £110,000. The position reports to a Partner and offers a full suite of benefits including private medical health insurance, an income protection plan and a generous pension scheme.Responsibilities

Advising on a mix of high-profile commercial litigation work for a range of corporate and commercial clients, both national and international.Working alongside a Partner on a diverse range of matters, including breaches of contract (with complex warranty and indemnity disputes), director and shareholder disputes, procurement litigation and supply chain issues, and disputes in technology and fintech.Applying legal knowledge to achieve the best outcomes for clients and, when necessary, brokering settlements to mitigate harm from business relationship breakdowns.About you / Qualifications

Commercial litigation solicitor with 4 PQE+ from a boutique firm or a large national practice.Strong academic background and a solid understanding of the litigation process.Ambitious, creative problem-solver with the ability to apply law effectively to client goals.We are looking for talents who can provide robust legal advice while maintaining a commercially aware approach.Requirements and Details
