Salesforce Maps Consultant
*ONISTE ONCE A WEEK IN LONDON, INSIDE IR35*Key responsibilities Conduct discovery sessions with Sales, Field, and Quality teams to understand current challenges and improvement areas.Configure Salesforce Maps, including:Route optimisation andamp; mobile routingTerritory Planning andamp; balancingProximity searches, boundary layers, and geo-fencingVisit frequency rules andamp; schedule optimisationLocation-based automation and rule-based visit planningDefine criteria to identify high-priority accounts using:Sales attributesGeography/region/coveragePromotional windowsField performance dataEnhance and fine-tune the routing engine for efficiency (time-based, cost-based, and constraint-based routing).Set up dashboards and reporting for territory efficiency, visit cadence, SLA adherence, and route performance.Support integration between Salesforce Maps and Sales Cloud objects (Accounts, Visits, Opportunities, Tasks).Provide training to field teams on Maps mobile app usage, routes, and visit planning.Collaborate with business teams to extend Maps usage for Quality or Audit teams.Document configurations, solution design, and operational guidelines.Key Skills/Knowledge: Salesforce Maps Expertise (Mandatory)* Hands on configuration experience with: o Salesforce Mapso Maps Advancedo Territory Planningo Route Optimisation engineo Geolocation andamp; spatial data configurationo Visit/cadence managementStrong understanding of: o Geo analytics andamp; proximity modellingo Defining routing c
