Our Client, a busy Automotive Accident Repair Group in Reading, is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer / Prepper to join their busy team of highly-skilled professionals.

For your hard work, you will be rewarded with a salary of £42,120, with Monday to Friday Working Hours only!

Benefits:

- Between £16.50 - £23 Per Hour (Either Flat Salary Or Basic + Bonus Scheme)
- No Weekends!

Regular Duties include, but not limited to:

- Overseeing the job through from start to finish - Paint, Prep, Prime, Polish.
- Painting of full and half bumpers
- Conducting work to a high standard, and within the manufacturers repair times.
- Always showcase sublime customer service.

Qualifications Required:

- Previous working experience within a Paint Sprayer role
- The ability to work to a high standard with an up-to-date knowledge of the latest vehicle repair techniques
- ATA would be beneficial
- Fully Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Self-Motivated and a good team player
