About the Role: We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy manufacturing and logistics operation in the Washington area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious individual to become part of a dynamic team supporting production and warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently. Load and unload goods, materials, and components. Transport items between production areas and storage locations. Conduct daily safety checks and report any faults or issues. Support general warehouse duties when required. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times. Requirements: Valid and accredited external FLT Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR). Proven experience operating a Counterbalance FLT in a fast-paced environment. Good understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures. Flexibility to work rotating shifts (Days and Back Shift). Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
