Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum plus company Van, fuel card and much more.

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Junior Heat Pump Engineer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in either plumbing or electrical work who is eager to develop their career in the fast-growing renewable energy sector.

You will receive full training and support to become proficient in the installation and maintenance of heat pump systems across residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the installation and commissioning of air source and/or ground source heat pump systems
- Support senior engineers on-site with plumbing and electrical tasks
- Carry out routine maintenance and troubleshooting of heat pump systems
- Maintain accurate records of work completed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

- Hands-on experience in either plumbing or electrical work (domestic or commercial)
- A genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainable heating systems
- Willingness to learn and undertake training in heat pump technology
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Based in or willing to travel to London and the Home Counties
