Navy - Executive Administration Manager
The Executive Administration Manager role involves the management of administrative, organisational, and coordination tasks, often requiring the ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The Executive Administration Manager acts as a key point of contact for the department, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.In addition to providing high-level administrative support, the role requires a proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing processes, maintaining compliance with policies, and ensuring the timely delivery of outputs. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the station’s leadership team, contributing to the overall success of RNAS Culdrose’s operations and objectives.Responsibilities
Management of any visits to the station, on behalf of the XO, at below 1* level, working closely with the Head of Establishment’s outer office.Management, facilitation and co-ordination of Culdrose’s Work Experience programme.Management of the Executive’s SharePoint site, intranet and other digital platforms as directed by the Executive team.Management and responsibility of publishing key documents, (e.g. VTMs,TMs, SOPs, CSOs) as per JSP 441 policy.Line management responsibilities, providing clear direction, support and performance management as and when directed by the Executive Office.Additional duties and responsibilities
Oversee and improve administrative processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and complianceMonitor team workload and priorities, ensuring delivery against deadlines and service targetsAct as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and customer serviceMaintain accurate records and data management systems on behalf of the Executive Officer, using a range of IT platforms and toolsSupport senior managers with reporting, data collection and operational planning activitiesPromote a positive, inclusive, and flexible working environmentAdapt to evolving business needs and support change initiatives where requiredCover for the Charge Books Officer role as and when required (DV clearance required for tertiary element of role following successful onboarding).Please note, candidates will be redirected to the Civil Service Jobs website where you will need to submit your application form.
