Truck Sales Support Executive 28- 30k Key Responsibilities Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.00pm Sales Support and Administration Coordinate with the sales team regarding workshop and external work on sold vehicles. Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and vehicle progress. Prepare subcontractor orders and liaise with external contractors. Arrange vehicle PDIs and communicate effectively with workshop teams. Produce and manage warranty documentation. Support vehicle deliveries, including occasional pick-up and drop-off as required. Perform general sales support tasks to ensure timely vehicle progression and customer satisfaction. Assist with preparing reports on sales performance and unit numbers. Prepare presentations to support departmental activities. Manage incoming and outgoing emails efficiently. Provide diary management support for the team.
