If you thrive on solving challenges, driving operational excellence, and making a real impact, this could be the perfect fit for you.What You Will Do:- React promptly to plant and machine failures, diagnosing and repairing issues to minimise downtime.- Prioritise safety by ensuring all equipment complies with legal standards and is safe to operate.- Train and advise plant operators and engineers on both new and existing systems to enhance operational efficiency.- Participate in plant improvement projects, implementing best practices to optimise performance.- Conduct preventative maintenance and proactively monitor plant systems, ensuring effective utilisation of assets.- Manage spare parts inventory, raising orders and updating maintenance procedures as needed.What You Will Bring:- A time-served engineering apprenticeship in electrical or mechanical maintenance.- At least two years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment.- Strong fault-finding and diagnosis skills, including PLC interrogation.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- A proactive, self-motivated approac
