Job Summary- Perform regular maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of security systems to ensure optimal functionality. Diagnose and rectify faults quickly, effectively and efficiently.- Perform reactive service visits as required to meet contracted customer''s service level agreements.- Perform planned preventive maintenance visits as required in line with contracted customers service level agreements.- Provide support and advice to clients regarding their security systems, addressing queries and offering solutions to resolve issues.- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
