Our prestigious college client is recruiting a Pastry Chef to join their team in Cambridge. They are looking for a Pastry Chef who has experience of working in a busy hotel kitchen, college or restaurant with a good knowledge of quality fine dining. The role is working 37.5 hours per week on a fortnightly shift pattern so you will get a good work life balance. The RoleWorking on the Pastry Section producing meals for restaurant and functionsSupporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in each serviceManaging and ordering your own sectionWorking mixture of early and late shifts on rota basisExperienceYou will already be working as a Pastry Chef in a quality hotel, college or restaurantExperience of cooking with all fresh produce to large volumesHold NVQ level qualification or equivalentCareer FocusedApplication.
