About the role We are working with a well-established, client-focused financial planning firm seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a professional and supportive environment where attention to detail and high-quality client service are key.You will play a vital role in supporting Financial Planners and ensuring the smooth processing of client business across a range of financial products and platforms.Key responsibilitiesProcessing new business across pensions, investments, and protection casesManaging applications from submission through to completionLiaising with providers and platforms to obtain updates and resolve queriesMaintaining accurate client records and updating internal systemsPreparing documentation for client meetings and reviewsSupporting advisers with day-to-day administrative tasksEnsuring all work is completed in line with compliance requirementsAbout youA minimum of 2 years'' experience working as an IFA Administrator or within financial services administrationStrong experience with new business processing across multiple product typesExposure to asset management or investment platformsComfortable working across a variety of provider systems and platformsHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsConfident communicator with a professional and proactive approachWhat''s on offerCompetitive salary based on experienceFlexible working with hybrid options (currently 1 d
