Forbes Advisor is hiring! We are looking for a Senior Digital Experience Associate to join our ever-expanding Growth Team!
Responsibilities
Proactively leads and ideates conversion rate optimisation (CRO) cross-functional projects with functional teams and leaders across the organization to develop new products, journeys and landing page experiences for usersOwning the ''Digital Experiences Cycle'' end-to-end to ensure all ideation is hypothesis driven and insights are scaled across the company verticals/products. This includes ideation, experimentation, post-test analysis, scaling and leading coordination with stakeholders across the companyDeveloping optimisation strategies across the site, using both internal quantitative data and qualitative user data to define user behavior and understand how to influence itProactively looks for new opportunities of growthAnalyze on-site performance against core KPIs that align with the broader business goals
About You
At least 3 years of experience in a CRO, Product, Product Analytics or User Experience (UX) role with an emphasis with on-site optimization and feature developmentExpert knowledge of using one of the two (or better yet both!) to analyze hit level data: Google Analytics/Big Query SQLAbility to blend quantitative and qualitative data to understand the how and why of user behaviorKnowledge of statistics and implementation to large-scale experimentation, ensuring best practice throughout optimisation processPrevious experience conducting A/B, multivariate testing. Preferably, a large experimentation platform such as Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty.Previous experience leading small teams that have large scaleAbility to liaise with a range of different stakeholders to produce different strategiesUnderstanding user behavior and be able to identify key metrics to influence itExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to prioritize across different projects to focus on highest-impact workHigh level of attention to detailComfortable working collaboratively with teammates across multiple geographies and time zones
Nice to haves
Experience with user testing platforms and developing user testing interviews and surveysStrong knowledge of SQL, Tableau and GA4Prior experience using NotionKnowledge and experience using custom CMS
