We are currently looking for a highly motivated Engineer/Senior Engineer to join our clients expanding team in Manchester. You can expect to work on predominantly large residential developments, with some industrial, commercial and energy schemes. You ll be joining a leading employee-owned design consultancy who deliver projects from initial feasibility stage, through planning and detail design and to construction stage. The team you ll join are specialists in drainage, highways and development infrastructure, working closely with the Transport and Flood Risk teams. You ll be required to produce Planning Documents such as Flood Risk Assessments/Drainage Technical Notes and Utilities Statements and be able to undertake Due Diligence reviews to support the purchase of land. Day to day tasks will include detailed design and construction drawings and securing technical approval for S104, S38, S278 etc. Provide the lead Principal or Senior Engineer with general design work and technical support across a range of different projects and carry out work in accordance with allocated budget and within agreed timescales to meet project deadlines .
