Join a leading manufacturer in Kidderminster where you ll maintain cutting-edge aluminium die casting equipment, CNC machinery, and more in a fast-paced environment.What You ll Be DoingCarry out reactive and planned maintenance on aluminium die casting machines and CNC machinery (metal components).Diagnose and repair electrical faults, including transformers, motors, sensors, relays, and inverters.PLC fault finding read inputs/outputs and troubleshoot issues.Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Support continuous improvement initiatives and facility electrical maintenance.Occasional robotics maintenance.What We re Looking ForElectrical qualification (City and Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).Strong electrical bias with proven experience in industrial maintenance.PLC fault finding skills (inputs/outputs).CNC machine maintenance experience.Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.Bonus SkillsPLC programming experience.Robotics maintenance exposure.What s On OfferSalary: Up to £44,000 DOE.Shifts: Double DaysWeek A: Mon Thurs 6 00, Fri 6 15Week B: Mon Thurs 13 30, Fri 12 00Overtime: Time and a half on Saturdays, double time on Sundays.Progression opportunities.Death in service benefit.Free parking, pension scheme, and employee cash plan.Ready to take the next step in your career?
