The Opportunity (Assistant Quantity Surveyor)An established infrastructure contractor is seeking a Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support ongoing and upcoming projects across the civils and infrastructure sector. This is a great opportunity for someone with post-graduate experience looking to take the next step in a commercially focused role within a fast-paced, project-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the commercial team in delivering infrastructure projects from pre-contract to final account.Assist in the administration of NEC contracts (Options A and C preferred).Preparation and management of interim valuations and applications for payment.Assist in cost reporting and change control.Subcontract procurement and management.Support senior commercial staff with contract administration and client communication.RequirementsDegree-qualified (Quantity Surveying or similar).Minimum 2 years post-graduate industry experience.NEC contract experience is essential.Strong communication skills and a proactive, detail-driven approach.Background in infrastructure or civil engineering preferred, though other sectors will be considered.PackageSalary: 40,000 - 50,00021 days annual leave + bank holidaysCompany pension (minimum contribution scheme)Additional benefits aligned with company policyHow to ApplyPlease submit your CV by Monday afternoon for consideration.
