:£30,385+ServiceCharge(Upto£600permonth)This position is based on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, providing a balanced work schedule.Duties and responsibilities related to the Night Duty Manager role:Oversee and lead the night team, ensuring they deliver high levels of guest serviceManage front-of-house operations, including check-ins and check-outsPrepare and submit nightly reports to senior management. Communicate any important occurrences to the day team.Ensure all operations comply with relevant health, safety, and security protocols.Monitor the safety and security of the premisesAbout youProven experience in hospitality operations with strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage overnight teams effectively.
