Business Development Manager
We''re recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a well-established and growing business within the automotive aftermarket.This is a field-based role focused on developing existing accounts and winning new business across the UK and Ireland, driving sales growth across a range of distribution channels.You''ll play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting wider commercial and product strategies.What You''ll Be DoingManaging and developing key customer relationshipsIdentifying and securing new business opportunitiesGrowing sales across regional, national and specialist distributorsNegotiating commercial terms, pricing and agreements with customersManaging your sales pipeline, pricing and commercial agreementsSupporting promotions and providing market/product insightAttending customer visits, trade shows and industry events (UK and occasional international) Supporting effective account management, including awareness of customer spend and aged debtAbout YouExperience in a field sales / business development roleAutomotive aftermarket experience desirable (not essential)Strong relationship builder with a commercial mindsetSelf-motivated, organised and comfortable working independentlyFull UK driving licenceConfident managing a territory and customer baseIntermediate Excel skills for reporting and trackingFull UK driving licenceWhat''s in It for YouSalary c£42,500 with flexibility for the right personBonus and ben
