This role leads a multi-disciplinary engineering team across one or more platforms, with a focus on people leadership, delivery quality, and building a high-performing engineering culture. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Scrum Masters to drive consistency and continuous improvement. Experience with AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices would be a strong advantage.
