What Youandrsquo;ll Do:

  Support pupils with a range of SEN needs in the classroom.

  Work alongside teaching staff to deliver a nurturing and effective learning environment.

  Provide additional help through 1:1 sessions or small group activities.

  Promote positive behaviour, confidence, and independence.

Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• 
  

  Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with children.

• 
  

  Experience supporting SEN (desirable but not required andndash; training can be provided).

• 
  

  A flexible approach to working in different schools and settings.

• 
  

  A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
