You will work collaboratively with teaching staff, parents, and the wider therapy team to support the communication development and functional communication skills of children with complex speech, language, and communication needs.This is a fantastic opportunity from the ground up in a growing, forward-thinking SEN school.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver speech and language therapy interventions to pupils with a range of needs, including non-verbal communication, receptive and expressive language disorders, and social communication difficulties.Carry out assessments, create detailed therapy plans, and write professional reports including EHCP contributions and annual reviews.Work closely with teaching staff to support communication-friendly classrooms
