Specialising in lingerie and swimwear, we pride ourselves on delivering expert fittings, excellent customer service, and a curated range of products that help our customers feel confident and comfortable.As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, leading by example to deliver outstanding service, drive sales, and ensure smooth operations across stock, merchandising, and team support.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.Deliver exceptional customer service through personalised lingerie and swimwear fittings.Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and helping them feel at ease.Drive sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets.Supervise, motivate, and develop the store team.Oversee stock control, deliveries, and inventory accuracy.Maintain visual merchandising standards to reflect brand values.Take an active role in the store''s social media, supporting day-to-day activity and confidently leading campaigns or content when required.Take part in wear tests to build product knowledge and support confident selling.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety.Step up in the absence of the Store Manager to ensure seamless operations.About
