We provide high-quality Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care for up to 86 residents.We are now looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our outstanding care team. You will be more than a Nurse — you will be a mentor, advocate, and key part of our community.What We Offer£20.80 per hourContracted up to 44 hours per weekPaid NMC, Pension schemeFree onsite parkingPaid PVG, Uniform provided5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)What You Will DoYou will lead on creating and reviewing individualised care plans, working closely with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure needs are met in a safe, respectful, and person-centred way. You will organise and guide your team at the start of each shift, provide clinical oversight throughout the day, and ensure handovers are effective and well-communicated. You will administer medication safely, maintain accurate documentation, and monitor residents’ health and wellbeing through regular observations. You will champion resident independence, respond swiftly to emergencies, support nutritional needs, and encourage social engagement and community involvement.
