About the Role As QHSE Advisor, you ll play a key part in maintaining and improving the company s Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental systems. You ll work across departments to ensure compliance with legislation, support investigations, conduct audits and drive continual improvement. This is a hands-on role requiring strong communication skills, a collaborative approach and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities Support the development, implementation and continual improvement of QHSE management systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements. Provide day-to-day QHSE advice to operational teams, ensuring safe working practices and compliance with relevant legislation. Conduct internal audits, inspections and risk assessments, following up actions to ensure timely close-out. Lead or support incident investigations, identifying root causes and recommending preventative measures.
