Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Nottingham (Hybrid - office and remote working) Salary: Circa 28,000 per annum + commission/bonus (depending on experience)The RoleWe are seeking a driven and commercially minded Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth across our waste management services.This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility between working from home and our Nottingham office.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referralsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clientsConduct client meetings (virtual and face-to-face) to understand needs and present tailored solutionsPrepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentationsNegotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targetsMaintain accurate records of sales activity using CRM systemsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clientsStay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and sustainability developmentsKey RequirementsPrevious experience in a sales, business development, or account management role (B2B experience preferred)Strong communication and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to generating new businessAbility to manage a sales pipeline and work towards targetsExcellen
