Our client, a reputable main dealership in Kettering, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team. • Competitive basic salary of circa -32,000, commensurate with experience
• OTE -35,000+ including bonuses and overtime opportunities

Duties of the Vehicle Technician:

• Perform full vehicle servicing, repairs, and general maintenance
• Demonstrate diagnostic skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Work independently and as part of a team, maintaining high standards of quality and customer care
• Conduct thorough inspections and ensure all work complies with manufacturers'' specifications
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used as a-Vehicle Technician
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements of the Vehicle Technician:

• Full UK driving licence
• Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 2 and time-served individuals considered)
• Own set of quality tools
• Proven experience in a similar role within a main dealership or reputable garage
• Strong diagnostic and technical abilities
• Flexible attitude towards working hours and tasks
• Ability to work efficiently to deadlines and uphold high standards of workmanship
