Our client provides Security Systems installation, maintenance and project management for commercial properties across the country. Due to growth they now require a Security Engineer to work from their North East hub. The Role To ensure at all times that all systems are installed / maintained in accordance with all current British and European standards and all procedural instructions to be followed at all times. The role consists of the Installation of a variety of Security Systems:- CCTV Access Control Alarms ( domestic and commercial ) Automated Barriers / Gates Carrying out planned and preventative maintenance. Liaising with both domestic and commercial clients. Providing first line support for fault finding and servicing of security systems, Providing on call and call-out cover on a shared rota basis. The Person You should have previous experience in a similar role and be comfortable with the below: Liaising with clients Installing equipment Adhering to regulations Daily / weekly equipment checks Reporting faulty equipment Restocking vehicles. Good housekeeping of your vehicle Liaising with police and local authorities .
