You will oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring efficient management, strong tenant relationships, and asset value growth. This senior-level role involves lease management, financial oversight, compliance, and strategic asset performance improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. Oversee lease negotiations, rent reviews, and renewals. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, including health and safety. Prepare and manage service charge budgets and financial reporting. Maintain strong tenant and client relationships. Identify and implement asset enhancement strategies. Supervise and mentor junior surveyors. About You: MRICS qualification (or working towards it) preferred. Strong experience in property management and asset strategy. Knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Law and lease management. Excellent financial, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple properties and stakeholders effectively.
