The programme is part of a long-term rail infrastructure framework focused on the collaborative delivery of civil engineering, structural, MandE, and station upgrade works.You''ll take commercial responsibility for a section or package of works, managing cost, contract, and change control processes under NEC4 (Options A and C). The role will involve working closely with project managers, planners, and delivery teams to ensure accurate forecasting, cost management, and commercial reporting across a diverse portfolio of rail infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead the commercial management of assigned packages or sections of workAdminister NEC4 contracts (Options A and C) including change control, valuations, and final accountsSupport tendering, procurement, and subcontract managementProvide accurate cost and value reporting, forecasts, and risk assessmentsSupport and mentor junior team members where applicableContribute to project reviews, ensuring commercial governance and best practiceRequirements:Proven experience as a Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or rail infrastructureStrong understanding of NEC contracts (particularly Options A and C)Experience across multi-disciplinary projects (civ
