This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are confident on the phone and enjoy working in a supportive, target-driven environment.Unlike traditional call centre roles, this position involves no cold calling. All leads are warm-consisting of existing customers or individuals with similar profiles who have previously shown interest in the company''s services. Key Responsibilities:Contact existing customers to renew their car warranty products.Engage with warm leads identified through customer data.Handle inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing warranty products.Clearly explain product benefits, terms, and coverage options.Maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards.Meet and exceed individual sales targets.Accurately update customer records in the CRM system.Participate in regular training to stay current on products and sales techniques. Candidate Profile:Telesales experience is essential.Motor trade knowledge is preferable.Confident and professional telephone manner.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle objections and think on your feet.Detail-oriented with good multitasking abilities
