We are recruiting a Customer Support professional for a well-established global manufacturing company based in Havant, on the outskirts of Portsmouth. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background and excellent communication skills who enjoys building relationships and keeping customers happy. You will join a fast-paced, friendly team, managing key accounts and supporting customers with their day-to-day needs. The role: what you will be doing As Customer Support, your responsibilities will include: Producing weekly customer reports Acting as the main point of contact for a set of key accounts Providing logistical and administrative support, including handling quality concerns, delivery issues and invoice queries, and helping to resolve any problems Sharing updates and key information with customers in a clear and timely way Handling incoming sales calls, resolving queries or directing them to the right colleague Monitoring expedited customer orders from placement through to delivery Liaising with other departments to gather and share information with the Customer Support Team About you: what we are looking for To be successful in the Customer Support role, you will ideally have: Good MS Office skills, including confident use of Excel Excellent writ
