Salary: Up To -35,000 - Benefits - Overtime - Training

Permanent Position

Monday - Friday - Day Shift

My client, a leading Waste & Recycling company are looking for a Recycling Operative to join the team.

Recycling Operative - Responsibilities:

• Sort and separate different types of recyclable materials (paper, plastics, metals, glass, etc.) on a conveyor line or in designated areas.
• Remove non-recyclable and contaminated materials to ensure high-quality output.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
• Follow all health & safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Recycling Operative - Skills and Attributes

• Experience in a recycling or waste facility
• Experience operating plant machinery - telehandlers, forklifts, loading shovels etc .
• Ability to conduct machinery inspections and schedule maintenance
• Computer literate
