Atrium Healthcare is proud to recruit for a client who is searching for a Service Manager passionate about improving the lives of people with learning disabilities. This is more than a job—it’s about creating meaningful opportunities, guiding a team, and leading by example.
You’ll work primarily Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to observe team practices across various shifts when needed.
In This Role, You Will:Lead, support, and develop a compassionate and skilled care team
Promote a person-centred service where independence and dignity are prioritised
Be a visible leader, modelling best practice and empowering others
Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and quality standards
Ensure the service remains sustainable through smart budgeting
Experienced in supporting people with learning disabilities
Ready to manage a service and coach others
Familiar with safeguarding, capacity law, and positive risk-taking
Committed to leading with empathy and integrity
IT-literate and confident managing a team’s workload
