Act as a key point of contact for all things media with clients, building trusted relationships and understanding their business needsLead on consumer and brand media strategy and help develop our POV in an ever-changing media landscapeOversee the development of our approach to new media, including earned media and platform-specific social content and digital strategiesSet direction and inspire teams across a portfolio of clients, championing agency values and high standards; act as the day-to-day senior contact for key clientsEnsure client satisfaction through proactive communication, problem-solving, and delivering against objectivesTeam Development
Mentor account and junior team members on best-practice media strategy and digital PR through training and knowledge-sharingEncourage a culture of inclusivity, curiosity, creativity, and continuous improvementBusiness Development and Marketing
Contribute to agency growth by identifying and supporting new business opportunitiesLead or support the development of new business proposals, pitches, and presentationsBuild the agency’s reputation through thought leadership, content creation, and industry engagementExpand media and influencer networks to benefit both the agency and clientsCommercial, Finance, and Operations
Manage account budgets on key clients, ensuring efficient use of resources and delivery within scopeTrack and report on account performance, KPIs, and financial status to senior managementEnsure operational excellence, compliance, and risk management across accountsSupport the continuous improvement of internal processes and best practicesAbout You
We’re seeking a forward-thinking Account Director/Media Specialist who is passionate about earned-first storytelling, with a deep understanding of how the modern media landscape is evolving across B2C and B2B channels and intersecting with digital, social, creativity, data and commerce.What We''re Looking For
Experienced in media and digital PR within a communications agency, in-house or as a formal journalist / influencer with a track record of delivering outstanding coverage and results for clientsStrong understanding of traditional media outlets, digital platforms, including social media, content management systems, and web analytics toolsAdept at client management and providing strategic media counsel driving cut through in today’s media ecosystemSkilled in content creation, writing, presenting, and reportingOrganised, proactive, and results-driven, with a passion for new media, communications and innovationCollaborative, inclusive, and committed to continuous learningExcited by the opportunity to work across a variety of sectors, including travel, consumer tech, consumer healthcare, FMCG, entertainment, and moreReady to bring energy, personality, new ideas and creativity to a team that’s making a real impactProven ability to manage and grow client relationshipsStrong team leadership and people development skillsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation abilitiesCommercially aware, with experience managing budgets and reportingEligibility
