Telesales Executive
You’ll speak with prospective tenants daily, identifying upcoming lease events, relocations and refurbishment opportunities.
Your role is to gather accurate, relevant information that can be passed to the strike calling team to convert into senior-level meetings. The expectation is clear. Around 100 dials per day, with five quality opportunities passed across each week.
This is a performance-driven environment, but one grounded in realism and structure. You’ll develop a strong understanding of lease breaks, market movement and the reasons businesses choose to relocate or refurbish their space.
Over time, you’ll gain commercial awareness of how design and build projects are secured and delivered. Your conversations will be with senior-level executives. Professionalism, preparation and resilience are essential.
