HR at King’s will play a key role in enabling this strategy.About the role:We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior HR Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our people strategy across a diverse academic and professional service portfolio. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will partner with the Natural, Mathematical and Engineering Sciences (NMES) and Nursing. Midwifery and Palliative Care (NMPC) faculties to provide strategic HR guidance, drive organisational change, and influence key decisions that support the university''s strategy. You will bring a proactive, evidence-based approach to developing people solutions that improve performance, foster inclusion, and enhance the overall employee experience. Supported by an Associate HR Business Partner and People Coordinator, you will manage complex employee relations issues and support the implementation of new policies and organisational initiatives.
