I am currently working alongside a leading civil engineering contractor who are looking to hire an experienced sub agent due to a number of new contracts being awarded. Sub Agent Responsibilities: Management of subcontractors Ensure that inspection and test plans, risk assessments, and method statements for the control of the works are reviewed, approved, and adhered to. Management of health and safety. Managing the engineering team. Daily record keeping and briefings Ensuring works are completed on time and to specification. Site supervisor requirements: Site Agent Requirements: Right to work in the UK. CSCS card - Gold/Black. SSSTS/SMSTS ticket holder. Full UK driving licence.
