Job Title: BMS Commissioning Engineer (Trend) Location: Leicester and Derby Rate: 350 - 380 per day (Outside IR35) Contract Length: 2 Months Start Date: August 2025 Job Type: ContractOverview: We are currently seeking an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer for a 2-month contract supporting a number of retrofit and upgrade projects across Trend systems in the Leicester and Derby areas.This is a site-based role working on live Trend installations, with a focus on commissioning and integration using IQ Vision. Writing software from scratch is not essential, but engineers must be confident working with existing software and delivering commissioning on-site.Key Responsibilities:Commissioning and configuration of Trend BMS systems (IQ Vision)Supporting retrofit and upgrade works across multiple commercial sitesLiaising with project teams and providing technical input on-siteEnsuring accurate documentation and reporting of works completedWorking to project deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliveryRequirements:Proven experience commissioning Trend BMS systemsFamiliarity with IQ VisionECS or CSCS card (essential)Ability to work independently and manage site commissioning activityStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAdditional Info:Immediate interviews availableOutside IR35 contractMileage and expenses may be considered depending on location
