You will oversee a team of area surveying managers and the Legal Disrepair/ADR Manager, providing strong technical leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight across complex caseloads.You will lead the management of all legal disrepair matters, working closely with legal teams, contractors, and internal partners to reduce risk, improve case outcomes, and strengthen early intervention.
