You will be responsible for overseeing Production of a manufacturing site where you will be involved in training, continuous improvement projects and LEAN projects in a Monday to Friday days-based role.

This role would suit a Production Manager with a Technical background, looking to cement themselves into an established company with full autonomous control and the ability to influence a company''s future growth.

The Role:

• Overseeing production in a manufacturing site
• Implementing LEAN and Continuous Improvement projects
• Monday to Friday (Days)

The Candidate:

• Ideally from a Technical / Engineering background
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing techniques
• Looking for a role with large amount of influence
