The Project Manager will manage multiple projects from inception to handover, including cost, quality and risk control. You will liaise closely with clients and contractors to ensure efficient delivery and will be supported by a collaborative internal team.

• Degree qualified in Construction Project Management, Building Surveying or equivalent

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager within a construction consultancy

• Working towards or already chartered (APM, RICS, CIOB)

• Skilled in stakeholder management and project programming

• Knowledge of North West construction market advantageous
