In your role as HR Advisor you will work along side HR Business Partner and help the HR Team to deliver a timely and accurate service to the wider business.This exciting charity, offers a variety of services to support the community, including the youth and the elderly through exercise.

In this busy and diverse role, you will provide 1st line support to the wider business. In your role as HR Advisor your day to day duties will include;Looking after the HR inboxProcess and update employee records on HR systemCoordinate all companywide recruitment administration such as interview datesComplete the onboarding of all new starters including raising contractsManage all DBS and safeguarding for new startersUpdate payroll changesThe skills you will bring to the position of HR Advisor will include;Working knowledge and experience of working in a busy and diverse roleGood understanding of best practice in HRKnowledge of employment legislationPrior experience of working in a similar role ideally within the charity sectorThis is a busy and diverse role working as part of a small team of two people, if you are interested in applying for HR Advisor through TPP Recruitment please do so by sending your CV finance@tpp.co.uk
