Senior General Manager

Manchester

overseeing

three diverse venues , each with their own dedicated teams.With a

wet-led bars

high-footfall operations . The business is growing fast and looking for a hands-on, strategic leader to grow with it.?? About the Role:

Oversee operations across

three busy Manchester venues

Support and lead individual GMs and their teams to hit targets and deliver exceptional experiences

Ensure standards, service, and performance are consistent across all venues

Be actively involved in the

launch of a new venue

helping with recruitment, set-up, and team training

Work closely with the senior leadership team on business development and innovation

Deliver on

financial targets, operational KPIs, and customer experience metrics

Foster a positive and high-performing culture across all sites

?? About You:

Proven experience in

multi-site management

or as a

GM of a large, complex venue

Strong background in

wet-led operations ,

event delivery , and

high-volume service

Commercially astute with the ability to manage budgets, staffing, and performance effectively

Naturally

creative and solutions-driven , able to adapt to new concepts and bring ideas to life

A confident leader with excellent communication and team-building skills

Passionate about Manchesters hospitality scene and ready to grow with an ambitious business
