Key Responsibilities:To take overall responsibility for a safe, effective and welcoming environment.Lead, motivate and drive a nursing team.Ensure the highest standards of care, dignity and independence for residents.Work with residents, families, staff and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.To be able to market new residents to increase occupancy.
