Project Manager

I am currently working with a strong Tier Two Main Contractor, who have an opportunity for a Project Manager, to work on a -120 Million, commercial project. You would oversee this as no1 on site, and take the project from demo, through to handover.

Our client is looking for someone who has overseen the whole build process from ground to handover and experience managing a team of 5-10+, Assistants and Site Managers.

Responsibilities for Project Manager

• Working on a flagship project for a tier two Main Contractor.
• Client meetings, working with design, managing site managers and pushing the programme.
• Oversee the scheme as No1 on site

Requirements for Project Manager

• Ideally a PM who is confident in their ability to lead, good communicator and excellent with clients.
• Excellent client facing and communication across design, commercial and operations.
• Looking for someone who is career focused and wanting to progress.
