The role will be instrumental in strengthening financial governance, delivering reliable reporting, managing liquidity, and providing insight to support senior leadership decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of the overall finance functionPrepare and analyse monthly management accountsLead cashflow planning and ongoing monitoring across group accounts including intercompany transactionsDevelop budgets and support longer-term financial planningWIP reporting and performance analysis - track project performance, focusing on margin and cost controlWorking with senior leadership to aid strategic planning providing clear financial insights to Directors and key stakeholdersOversee transactional finance, including purchase and sales ledgersAdminister and reconcile CIS processesEnsuring full regulatory compliance with HMRC including Corporation tax and VATComplete bank reconciliations and review balance sheet integrityIdentify and implement improvements to financial systems and control
