Sous Chef (live in option available) Having been established for over 17 years, Fratelli is an award-winning Italian restaurant with three locations, two in Ampthill and one in Woburn, Bedfordshire. Our concept is simple. Fresh, quality, rustic dishes with a modern twist and an atmosphere that keeps people wanting to come back again and again. Our Chefs are responsible for: Full compliance with Fratelli Food, Health and Safety policies and procedures. Ensuring adequate levels of stock at all cooking and meal preps stations. Preparing and delivering great food during high volume, peak times of the business Maintaining high standards of hygiene and complete the daily cleaning checklists. Using your prior culinary experience, you ll be responsible for preparing and delivering great food during high volume, peak times of business, ensuring a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
