Our client Calderdale Hiring is looking for a Social work Team Leader to join their Hospital discharge team.Principle duties and responsibilitiesEnsure that effective systems are in place to screen referrals against eligibility criteria. To work with partners to ensure that referrals are dealt with by the creative deployment of resources both in terms of staffing and other options.Prioritise and allocate work to appropriate staff based on the complexity and urgency of a service request. To utilise the resources of the whole team and other skills within the overall service.Ensure the effective management and deployment of resources within budgets to meet agreed policy objectives and service priorities.
